Bill is a professional engineer and senior project and construction manager with over 15 years of diverse experience. His career experience has provided him the opportunity to successfully lead capital project development and delivery in both the public and private sectors. Through this experience Bill has developed an expert knowledge of project and construction management, traditional and alternative construction methodologies and the overall construction industry. A proactive, client focused professional, Bill brings to his assignments expert project management skills, extensive on-site construction management experience, and a deep understanding of his client’s priorities and culture. Bill’s seasoned leadership skills and knowledge of the entire project design and construction process make him a valued asset to any project initiative and an outstanding mentor to the firm’s junior and intermediate personnel.

Mo Ettehadieh is the President and CEO of METTKO. He is an experienced executive, compassionate entrepreneur and professional engineer who serves on the boards of companies, charities and institutions. As an entrepreneur, Mo established and successfully sold a consulting and project management business in the construction industry. He served on the board of the acquiring company from 2002 and was part of the team responsible for floating of the company on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2006. Now as the CEO of METTKO, Mo is focused on building the firm’s 25 year record of success in the leadership and management of facility and infrastructure construction projects.

As an engineering and construction professional, Mo has led teams that have built or restored some of Canada's iconic landmarks and heritage buildings, such as the Ryerson University Campus Development from 2001 – 2004, the Canadian War Museum and Ottawa's Lebreton Flats revitalization. Mo is always very involved in the early planning of projects with the policy makers and loves building and working with great teams of professionals of diverse backgrounds. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at colleges, universities and events for Canadian Newcomers.

Mo earned his B.Eng at the University of Westminster, UK and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

For the past 26 years, Colum Tingle has been responsible for the management of major corporate, government and institutional projects. He has been involved in many renovations and expansion projects that were occupied during the construction phase. Colum’s experience includes all aspects of project and construction management, particularly in the areas of project management, design, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, negotiation of contracts, facility and utility commissioning, quantity surveying and fabrication. Colum has represented owners and has worked in close collaboration with user groups and design teams. Colum is also qualified as both a civil and mechanical engineer. Colum has a significant track record in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and has managed projects up to $150 million in value. Colum will be the Lead Project Manager for the Varley Art Gallery Expansion and responsible for budget and schedule and ensuring that the user requirements are met during all stages of this mandate.

Jason’s professional experience of over 15 years in construction industry has equipped him with a deep understanding and knowledge of the capital project delivery process. His leadership, team building and mentoring skills, combined with his client centric approach to project and construction management have been the catalyst to achieving success on many of the firm’s major project assignments. A highly experienced project and construction management professional with an extensive track record of success, Jason is valued member of METTKO’s front-line leadership team.

Dave is a senior civil project and construction management professional with over 21 years of experience successfully leading the delivery major civil infrastructure projects in the public realm. Dave has the depth of experience and demonstrated expertise to plan, manage and coordinate the entire construction project life-cycle. A detail-oriented senior manager possessing a deep base of specialist technical knowledge in civil construction combined with a broad range of experience, Dave’s technical and management expertise are complimented by his demonstrated leadership skills, positive attitude and strength in building and motivating high performance project and construction teams. A proven professional and innovative problem solver, Dave’s leadership skills and depth of experience are a valued asset to METTKO’s civil construction operations and to the firm’s public sector infrastructure clients.

Dorin has over 19 years’ experience in Planning and Project Control Management and provides leadership and oversight to this critical aspect of METTKO’s project delivery methodology. A highly knowledgeable project control and scheduling specialist, Dorin is an expert in the implementation of METTKO’s Integrated Project Management Systems. His expertise and proven skills have been leveraged of many of the firm’s largest and most complex construction projects and has been a major contributor to their successful on time, on budget outcomes.
