Mo President & CEO
Mo is the President & CEO of METTKO. He is an experienced executive, compassionate entrepreneur and professional engineer who serves on the boards of several companies, charities and institutions. Mo has led teams that have built or restored some of Canada’s iconic landmarks and heritage buildings within both the public and private sectors. His foundation of experience has been accomplished on projects across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Caribbean.
Bill Sr. Project and Construction Manager
Bill is a professional engineer and senior project and construction manager with over 20 years of diverse experience. His career has provided him the opportunity to successfully lead capital project development and delivery in both the public and private sectors. A proactive, client-focused professional, Bill brings to his assignments expert project management skills, extensive on-site construction management experience, and a deep understanding of his client’s priorities and culture.

Dorin Sr. Project and Construction Manager
Dorin has over 25 years’ experience in planning and project control management and provides leadership and oversight to this critical aspect of METTKO’s project delivery methodology. A highly knowledgeable project control and scheduling specialist, Dorin is an expert in the implementation of METTKO’s Integrated Project Management Systems. Dorin specializes in municipal infrastructure projects.
Jason Sr. Project and Construction Manager
Jason’s professional experience of over 20 years in the construction industry has equipped him with a deep understanding and knowledge of the capital project delivery process. His leadership, team building and mentoring skills, combined with his client-centric approach to project and construction management have been the catalyst to achieving success on many of the firm’s major project assignments. Jason specializes in scheduling, project control and contract management and administration, particularly in municipal projects.
